Alpha +Confirmation Camp!
We are going on our Alpha weekend away! We will be having two nights away at a big farm house. Its going to be a weekend of fun and a chance for us to discuss the big questions of life and faith. Also on this camp there is a chance to become confirmed in the Methodist Church and a time for Baptisms.
Dates: 25th-27th August.
Times: Drop of at venue at 17:00 on Friday 25th. Pick up on at 12:00 on Sunday the 27th
Venue: Le Jardin Country Guest House. 68th Ave, George, 6529. GPS-33°56’07. 22°23’45. (Easy to find via GPS or Google Maps). If you have any transport problems please let us know.
The cost for the weekend is R80. You can either do an EFT, the payment details are as follows- Methodist Church of SA Trust Account. Standard Bank George: 050214, Current A/C No: 082903166 or cash can be handed in to Reuben or Rachel.
What to bring:
– Sleeping bag, blanket, sleeping mat and pillow
– Tekkies and messy clothes! (Very important)
– Clothes
– Toiletries, Towel (Also very important)
– Plate, bowl, mug, spoon, knife, fork and drying towel.
– Bible, pen and notepad
– Swimming Costume (No Bikinis, or speedos :D)
– Torch
